copier techniciansCopier technicians are the lifeblood of your office equipment. Whenever your equipment goes down, there they are to get you back up and running again.

Let’s face it, no matter how well built a machine is, or how well it is taken care of, nothing ever runs perfectly throughout its entire lifespan. Even the world’s finest automobiles need repairs and maintenance on occasion.

There’s no difference when it comes to copiers and multifunction machines. If you’re a believer in Murphy’s Law, then you can almost expect your machine to go down when you need it most. Therefore you need a contingency plan in the event that your machine ends up being in need of repair or maintenance.

Without a contingency plan, your first reaction may be to search Google for “copier technicians” and call the first one that seems qualified. We’d like to warn you about the dangers of doing that.

Don’t Hire Just Any Copier Technicians

Searching on Google for will returns a list of job sites, with dozens or more postings on each, from individuals who claim to be technicians.

The problem with that is, you don’t know what you’re getting. Anyone can create a listing on a job site saying they’re a copier technician, whether or not they’ve had any formal training.

Moreover, the random copier technicians you can hire from job sites are likely not licensed or insured. That means if they do more harm than good to your machine, it could end up costing your more than you bargained for.

The Dean Office Solutions Difference

Whether or not you’re a current customer of ours, we invite you to let us be your contingency plan whenever your machine needs repairs or maintenance.

Why us? All copier technicians who work for Dean Office Solutions are experienced and trained directly by the manufacturers themselves. Most of our technicians hold over 10 years of experience, including being sent to special schools by multiple manufacturers specifically to work on their equipment.

Another important aspect that sets us apart is we have direct connections to certain manufacturers. We are authorized dealers for both Sharp and Kyocera. That means we deal with them directly to get parts from the manufacturers. When you’re dealing with other so-called copier technicians you’re probably dealing with someone who is not officially authorized, so they won’t be able to get the parts and supplies as quickly as we can.

As we said before, we are authorized dealers for Sharp and Kyocera, but we can still service most major brands. In fact, we can quickly get parts and supplies for old models through our network of sister companies.

Same-Day Service

Same-day service from our company is a given for all of our customers. We dispatch our technicians as soon as possible — if same-day is not possible then certainly within 24 hours we will have a technician to your door.

Call us if you need service or maintenance on most major brands — including Sharp, Kyocera, HP, Brother, and Canon to name a few. You can also call us if you simply need new parts for an old machine, and we will do our best to get them to you.

If you have any specific requests that have not been mentioned in this post, please contact me and we’ll see what we can do to solve your problem.
